1. Assistant Secretary
1 [STH] posts were made.
Educational Background:
graduate in the arts, sciences, or commerce with a minimum GPA of 50% is required. Candidates with a law degree from a reputable university who are well-versed in constitutional law will be given preference.
b. The candidate must have two years of supervisory experience, or an equal level of experience, in a government or semi-government office or organization.
2. Research Assistant Officer

Educational Background:
The candidate must hold a Master's degree in English, Assamese, Sociology, or History from a university that is accredited, with at least 60% marks for General/OBC/MOBC, 55% for SC/ST (P), and 50% for ST(H).
b. The candidate must be proficient in both Assamese and English.
3. Language Officer Assistant

Educational Background:
a. The candidate must hold a Master's degree in English or Assamese from a university that is recognized, with a minimum grade point average of 60% for General/OBC/MOBC, 55% for SC/ST (P), and 50% for ST(H).

Educational Background:
a. The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in arts, science, or commerce from a university that is recognized, with a minimum grade point average of 50% for general applicants and candidates from all ethnic groups, 45% for applicants from SC/ST (P), and 40% for applicants from ST(H).
b. The applicant must possess a certificate in Assamese stenography with a word-per-minute rate of 100 from a school approved by the Assam government.
c. The candidate needs to be proficient in Assamese DTP and computer applications.
7. Assistant in Lower Division

Educational Background:
The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in arts, science, or commerce from any accredited university with a minimum score of 45% for general applicants, 40% for applicants who identify as SC/ST (P), ST(H), or PwD, and 40% for all other applicants.
b. The applicant must hold a government-recognized diploma or certificate in computer proficiency that is at least 6 (six) months old. He or she must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint), the Internet, and other basic computer applications.
8. LDA cum Proof Reader

Educational Qualification:
a. The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree from any accredited university in English or Assamese with 45% for general, OBC, or MOBC, and 40% for SC/ST (P) and ST(H) applicants.
b. The candidate must hold a diploma or certificate in computer proficiency from an institution accredited by the government that is no less than 6 (six) months old. He or she must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), the Internet, and other basic computer applications.
9. Translator

Educational Qualification:A bachelor's degree with honors in English or Assamese and a minimum grade point average of 55% for general applicants, 45% for SC/ST (P), and 40% for ST(H) applicants from any accredited university is required of the candidate.
b. The applicant must hold a government-recognized diploma or certificate in computer proficiency that is at least 6 (six) months old. He or she must be proficient in fundamental computer programs like the Internet and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).

Educational Qualification:The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in arts, science, or commerce from a university that is accredited, with a minimum grade point average of 45% for general applicants, OBC applicants, and MOBC applicants, and 40% for SC/ST (P) and ST(H) applicants.
b. The candidate must hold a diploma or certificate in computer proficiency from an institution accredited by the government that is no less than 6 (six) months old. He or she must be proficient in fundamental computer programs like the Internet and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
The candidate needs to have an NCC "C" Certificate.
11. Steno Gr.- III (E)

Educational Qualification:The candidate must have successfully completed the H.S. or an equivalent exam in Arts, Science, or Commerce from any recognized Council or Board of India with 45% for General/OBC/MOBC and 40% for SC/ST (P) and ST(H) candidates.
b. The candidate must possess a certificate in stenography with an English steno speed of 80 words per minute from an Assamese ITI or any institution recognized by the Indian or Assamese governments.

12. Typist
No of posts: 3 [UR]
Educational Qualification:
The candidate must have completed high school, or an equivalent, in Arts, Science, or Commerce with at least 45% for General/OBC/MOBC and 40% for SC/ST(P) and ST(H) candidates, respectively.
b. The candidate must have a minimum of 6 (six) months of computer competence training from a government-recognized institution, as well as outstanding DTP skills in both English and Assamese. Additionally, candidates need to be proficient in both languages.
13. Tape Recordist

Educational Qualification:
A Bachelor of Science in Sound Engineering from a university of recognized standing is required of the candidate, with at least 50% marks for General/OBC/MOBC, 45% for SC/ST (P), and 40% for ST(H).
b. Candidates with radio operating expertise will be given preference.

Educational Qualification: A MA in Bodo language is required, with a minimum grade of 50%. For translation, editing, and writing in government agencies, the Education Department, or the Legislative Assembly, you must have a minimum of ten years of relevant job experience.

Educational Qualification: The candidate must have a minimum GPA of 50% and be an MA in Bodo. For translation, editing, and writing in government agencies, the Education Department, or the Legislative Assembly, you must have a minimum of ten years of relevant job experience.
16. Interpreter

Educational Qualification:The candidate must be a graduate in any field and possess sufficient Bodo, Assamese, and English language skills. Candidates with a diploma or certificate in translation studies from an accredited university will be given preference.
17. Senior Administrative Assistant

Educational Qualification: The candidate must be a graduate in any field and possess sufficient Bodo, Assamese, and English language skills. Computer application degree. DTP expertise in the field of language.
18. Translator

Educational Qualification: A bachelor's degree in the arts with Bodo Language as a MIL topic up to the degree level is required of the candidate. Candidates with a diploma or certificate in translation studies from an accredited university will be given preference. Translation, editing, or teaching experience in the relevant language field for at least two years.

# Candidates shall be required to send the duly filled in Application in Standard Form as published in Part-IX of the Assam Gazette with self attested photo copies of all Testimonials with the requisite documents as indicated below.
1) Age proof certificate (Birth Certificate/Admit Card of H.S.L.C or equivalent examination) and 2 (two) copies of recent passport size color photographs.
2) Certificate/Marksheet of minimum qualification required for the concerned post.
3) Employment Exchange Registration Card/Certificate.
4) A self addressed envelope (size 22x10cm) affixing postal stamp shall be submitted.
5) Caste Certificate issued by competent authority must be enclosed in case of reserved categories candidates.
6) PwD Certificate issued by competent authority not less than 3 (three) months prior from the date of publication of this Advertisement must be enclosed in case of PwD candidates.

In accordance with Assam Gazette, Part-IX, the applications must be filed in the Standard Form. Candidates must correctly complete and submit the application form's columns together with their biographical information on an A4 sheet. Applications should be sent to the following address, complete in every way:-
Candidates should send their application in an envelope super scribing clearly the name of the position and language applied for on the cover of the envelope.
The candidates are required to furnish self-attested copies of Marks sheets and certificate(s) of Master's Degree/Bachelor's Degree along-with Mark sheet(s) and certificate(s) of Xth/XIIth/Graduation[Clearly indicating the Regional Language concerned as a compulsory/elective subject(s)] / Diploma concerned from a recognized University/Institution/Experience Certificate of translation or interpretation work in the regional language concerned, etc. in respect of educational qualification/Diploma in the regional language concerned / regional language concerned as mother tongue / experience in translation or interpretation work in the regional language concerned wherever applicable in the application.
